Ever since my own journey, I had the profound awareness that i had finally woken up in this life. i then promised myself i would continue to keep waking up, and help to wake up others who are ready. that is what leads me to passionately support this work.

we begin with an assessment of your needs and intention, to properly prepare you for a physical and spiritual journey, as well as support you in the integration process afterwards. This includes but is not limited to:

  • somatic bodywork

  • herbal support

  • equine coaching

  • crystal and energy therapy

Each client and their goals are unique. my offer is to support you in preparing mind, body, and spirit to experience, hold, and access the parts of yourself that you are opening up in order to engage in the lifelong process of growth after an expansive psychedelic experience. Often clients believe that the journey is the most important aspect of their evolution, but the truth is the vessel of our own body and soul is the true priority to ensure long lasting benefits.
